Proper exercise routines tailored to your needs and lifestyle, such as MMLF’s Workout Component, build a positive spiral of success and achievement. Over time, working out will become a regular part of your life as you build a healthier you.
Your workout sessions will be like nothing you’ve done before. We use a number of different styles and many different types of equipment. Our goal is for you to leave this program with a solid grounding in the types of cardio and weight-bearing exercises that work best for your body and that you enjoy most. We want you feeling confident that you can travel for work or pleasure and be able to design a quick, simple workout anywhere you are, even in a hotel room without any equipment.
You will have the ability to design a quick, practical, effective workout in places you would never have imagined before.You will work out three times a week in your own personal MMLF weight management gym in Magnolia; workouts are designed and coached by personal trainer Mary Meyer and coaches. On Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7-8 p.m. and on Saturday morning from 10-11 a.m., we’ll meet at our gym where your workout is set for you. Your only requirement is to be there on time and ready to work out; we will take care of the rest.
Do not worry about where you are at physically, what type of shape you are in, or what injuries or other limitations you have. Everyone is screened for this program and everyone is guided by trainers who understand how to work with you at your individual level and pace.

This is a program that you take at your own pace with what your body is capable of doing at that time. We are adamant about proper form and good technique! To get the FULL benefit in the most efficient way and to avoid injuries, you must have correct form and you must listen to your body. You will become brilliant at this, which is just one of the many benefits of this program.

The better the body’s condition, the better it will endure the effects of stress with less complications and difficulty. These workouts are designed to meet your individual needs and improve your personal level of conditioning.
