Beginner Swim Clinics and Technique and Efficiency Clinics
The purpose of our pool clinics is to teach people how to make swimming easier, more efficient, and to inspire them to get into the water. The Beginner Clinic will help non-swimmers feel confident in the water. Learn how to float, breath and overcome your swim fears with the help of coaches on deck and in the water. The Technique and Efficiency Clinic is intended for anyone interested in learning how to become a stronger swimmer. Clincis help individual's stroke, endurance, and efficiency. We offer hands on coaching to improve speed, knowldedge and comfort in the water.

Pool Workouts (Swim Team)
Anyone who is comfortable swimming laps is welcome to join us in this supportive environment of customized workout routines. Pool workouts are one hour and provide intermediate and advanced swimmers with coached sets. If you have your technique down and you are interested in improving your conditioning and speed, try our workouts! NO swim meets or racing.
